Cyber Governance Engineer
We’re partnering with a global hospitality organization undergoing a significant digital transformation. They’re looking for a hands-on Cyber Governance Analyst who can improve governance processes, optimize GRC platforms and help mature their enterprise cybersecurity program.
This isn’t a traditional compliance or audit role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and automating processes.
What we’re looking for

Strong cybersecurity governance experience, including developing policies, standards, procedures and control frameworks.

Hands-on experience configuring GRC platforms such as Onspring, Archer, AuditBoard or ServiceNow GRC.

Proven ability to improve governance workflows, automate manual processes and develop meaningful security metrics and dashboards.

Experience conducting maturity assessments and collaborating with cybersecurity, IAM and engineering teams.

Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of initiatives.
