We're partnering with an established financial services organization looking for a hands-on engineer to lead its data protection initiatives, build out DSPM and strengthen controls around sensitive data used by AI tools.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in security engineering, including 3+ years in data security, and a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Hands-on delivery of enterprise data masking and handling, using Delphix or similar tools.
- Experience building or operating DSPM and data discovery capabilities with Purview, Cyera or equivalent platforms.
- Practical DLP and data governance expertise, including Microsoft Purview and controls for AI-related data risks.
- Strong scripting and automation, SIEM integration and experience applying data protection controls in regulated environments.

Location: Pasadena, CA.
Salary: $160,000–$220,000 base per year.
