SVP, IT Risk Management & Compliance
We’re partnering with a large banking organization that is seeking an experienced technology risk leader to strengthen its enterprise IT risk management and compliance capabilities.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within the first line of defense, working closely with technology and cybersecurity teams to identify, assess, and manage risk across a complex, highly regulated environment.
What we’re looking for

Extensive IT risk management and compliance experience within large banking or financial services organizations.

Strong first-line technology risk experience, including risk assessments, control design, implementation and remediation.

Deep knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements and frameworks, including FFIEC, NIST, COBIT and the Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) Profile.

Experience managing technology risk programs, control assessments, regulatory examinations and audit remediation.

Proven ability to partner with technology, cybersecurity, compliance and internal audit teams to improve risk management practices.

Strong leadership and executive communication skills, with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a lean team.

Salary: $250K-$300K base salary plus strong bonus
