SVP, IT Risk Management & Compliance

We’re partnering with a large banking organization that is seeking an experienced technology risk leader to strengthen its enterprise IT risk management and compliance capabilities.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within the first line of defense, working closely with technology and cybersecurity teams to identify, assess, and manage risk across a complex, highly regulated environment.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive IT risk management and compliance experience within large banking or financial services organizations.

• Strong first-line technology risk experience, including risk assessments, control design, implementation and remediation.

• Deep knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements and frameworks, including FFIEC, NIST, COBIT and the Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) Profile.

• Experience managing technology risk programs, control assessments, regulatory examinations and audit remediation.

• Proven ability to partner with technology, cybersecurity, compliance and internal audit teams to improve risk management practices.

• Strong leadership and executive communication skills, with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a lean team.

Salary: $250K-$300K base salary plus strong bonus
