Our client is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to help define and maintain secure access protocols across a growing enterprise environment in Orange County, California.

This is an onsite position (hybrid is possible) for U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders. If you require visa sponsorship now or in the future, you will not be eligible for this role. The client welcomes candidates who are open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain enterprise IAM architecture, including user provisioning and deprovisioning.

  • Automate identity workflows using scripting and integration tools.

  • Support access control enforcement across infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.

  • Conduct access reviews, audits, and risk assessments aligned with security policies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve authentication, federation, and role-based access.

  • Monitor IAM system performance and troubleshoot user access or integration issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies.

  • Proficiency with access protocols and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).

  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and tool integration.

  • Familiarity with Zero Trust models, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $110K – $164K depending on experience.
