Manager, Identity & Access Management

We’re partnering with a global hospitality organization undergoing a significant cybersecurity transformation. They’re looking for a hands-on IAM Manager to lead a team of five and drive major enterprise identity modernization initiatives.

This isn’t a traditional management role. We’re looking for a technical leader who enjoys getting hands-on, developing engineers and delivering complex IAM transformation projects.

What we’re looking for

• Strong enterprise IAM expertise across IGA, PAM, directory services, SSO/MFA and identity lifecycle management.

• Proven experience leading IAM modernization programs, including platform selection, implementation, integration and migration.

• Hands-on technical leadership experience managing and developing IAM engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of security automation, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs and workflow integrations.

• Experience managing vendors and implementation partners, ideally within large, regulated enterprise environments.
