Our client is seeking a Cloud Security Compliance Analyst to help shape and manage security governance across global product and cloud environments in Orange County, California. This role involves building security frameworks, driving compliance efforts, and collaborating across teams to manage risk and support secure operations.

This is an onsite position (hybrid is possible) for U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders. If you require visa sponsorship now or in the future, you will not be eligible.

The Client is open to people who will permanently relocate to the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cloud security governance and risk management processes.

  • Support compliance with global standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA.

  • Coordinate third-party and supply chain risk assessments.

  • Work with engineering and product teams to align security with development processes.

  • Lead security awareness initiatives and contribute to incident response planning and postmortems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in security compliance, governance, or risk roles.

  • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, industry frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience managing security policies, conducting audits, and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Salary: $100K – $150K depending on experience.
